Great Location, Amazing Staff

Great location, Amazing staff, and good apartment offerings. Although I've only recently moved in, the staff are very active and quick to resolve any maintenance issues or answer any questions one may have.

Amazing

My husband and I just met with Scout for a tour. Amazing from what it use to be so clean and neat. Very professional and so nice apartment is just what we are looking for.

Terrible experience

I moved into this apartment about a month ago and my experience at the Flats has been terrible. I’ve had to call in so many maintenance request for various reasons to outlets not working to my bathroom being flooded to broken windows. Recently I went home for 2 weeks to visit my girlfriend and came back last Thursday to my bathtub and toilet had flooded with sewage from the two apartments above me. When the plumber fixed it on Friday he told me that although it was fixed right now, it could... happen again. I also put in a cleaning request because the bathroom was still dirty after the plumbing was fixed. No one could come Friday so i had to wait till Monday(today). I wasn’t able to use the bathroom or shower all weekend due to not wanting to touch or clean the sewage of whoever lived in the two apartments above me. I relayed this issue to the front office and they’re response to me was that yea it happens but I have to deal with it. If you don’t tolerate these type of things, this is not the place for you. I suggest you try to find a better place.
