Wellington Apartments

The agent we worked with at Wellington, Shelisa, was extremely friendly and hard working! She gave us a great deal and good location. The apartment, however, is pretty dirty. The walls are stained yellow and dripping that yellow stain places. There is hair stuck to the walls. The shelved in the cabinets in the kitchen are warped and stained heavily. The outside of the cabinets are peeling. The toilet in the en suite bathroom is flooding my bathroom every time I flush (thus making it unusable)... and haven’t heard from maintenance. We moved in a few days ago. Overall the place is good for the price, but definitely feels like an older development. Wellington have the best management team. Very helpful caring and professional. Units are cozy, comfortable, and affordable. Walk in closet, washer and dryer, appliances great! Two pools , fitness center , pest spa, two dog parks.

Love it here…beautiful location near all major attractions. Additionally, the perks that come standard with the complex are just amazing. I can’t wait to tell my friends and family about it

Two bedroom apartment main level, private entrance, quiet, community, queen well care for lawns. Maintenance response quickly leasing staff and office. Staff are very kind.

Wellinton apparments is a nice place to live, you can walk around and is peaceful most of the time, during snow days they clean at the end and put salt they also clean the leaves and keep the place in order.
