Edgewater Apartments

When I first moved here I was super happy with how beautiful it is, then the cracks started showing. My kitchen sink flooded my apartment due to faulty plumbing and it took them 3 days to come out even though it happened on a Monday morning. I had manually shut the water off myself, and when they came they literally said “well it can’t flood because there’s no water going to it” and left even after I explained that it was because I turned the water off to save my apartment from flooding. It then... took them another ENTIRE day to come back out. Brutal.

They’re also super on top of it when it comes to booting cars, I was parked in my parking spot with my permit and they booted my car. I went to the office and they told me that it was their mistake and that they were sorry but if they let me get my boot off for free then they’d have to do that for everyone. So basically I got charged $175 to park in a parking spot I pay for.

They offer an apartment complex with many amenities; pool, hot tub, lake area with pier, outdoorspaces with grills, fire pits, game room, workout room, basketball court, pet park and even a pet wash area. It is an older building but offers much more than other similarly priced complexes. If you appreciate nature and love to stroll on well maintained walkways then look no further. The establishment addresses issues promptly and thoroughly, yes really. I had 2 minor issues that were addressed and... completed within hours. The office gals are absolutely wonderful and willing to help with anything you need. It is a short walk/bike to the greenbelt. There are ducks, geese, squirrels and I have even seen a black weasel. Parking is easy and there are garages available. Other residents are welcoming and clean up behind themselves and their pets. I had no idea this area of Boise even existed. It feels homey, it's quiet and serene. The staff and property managers put alot of work into ensuring the grounds are safe, clean and secure. So far I have felt that this property management company is resident and community focused.

Edgewater is a great community to live at. Management and the maintenance team are great and I have had a great time here!

I absolutely love living here! I picked Edgewater as our home because of the amenities available to residents and how kid and pet friendly the community is!
