Avoid it all costs

Department management people are very incompetent. Apartment management does not care about if you have loud neighbors. No point of making complaints. They will not do anything about it. Property is very poorly maintained. Your air conditioning will not work. And they will tell you that it is when it is clearly not working. They've been working on the clubhouse already for over a year. Still not finished. If you want headaches and problems that will go ignored by the management go ahead and move... in.

Under New Managment

I've been here for a few years and have enjoyed my home. The Managment is amazing and friendly. The Maintenance team is reliable and quick to respond. The beautiful and pristine landscaping provides a serene oasis. This is a great place to call home.

I live in B104 Charles Leonard

I am very pleased with the location and with the staff at royal oaks. The school my daughter goes to is just a block down the road and the also accommodate my disability with my service dog. There is reasonable parking and all the neighbors I have met have been friendly. We have a direct email with the staff and they always respond the next morning. I haven’t had any issues while me and my family have lived here. We are proud to call this place home.

Awesome Place

I would give a 100 star rating if I could. I had a few smudges on my criminal record from a few years ago and was really worried about even applying, but needed a place so I could get custody of my daughter.

They were very friendly and professional during the application process and kept us informed every step of the way as tho where we were in the process.

Once accepted they were quick to set up the move in and do the walk through and welcome us to our new Home.

We have now lived here... 6months and love it, quiet, peaceful and a safe affordable place to call home
