Unorganized and unprofessional management
My partner and I have had problems with them from the day we took a tour to move-in day. The day we took our tour, we were rudely told the specific unit we were wanting was not available and had no estimate of when it would be move-in ready, even though it showed online that it was available on April 8th. Fine, I guess. We were shown a new unit that we agreed with. They told us this unit would be available on April 8th but we told them we would like the move-in day to be April 11th. Throughout... the whole application and lease process we had multiple accounts of lack of communication from them asking for something we already sent over or them not giving us the appropriate information about the move-in process. Still, moving forward, the lease is signed by both us and the office with April 11th as our move-in day. That is today so we went in to get the keys to our apartment and were told that the keys were not there and one of the maintenance guys probably took them home. We left and they called back about 45 minutes later telling us that “good news, we found the keys” and then proceeded to tell us that the cleaner never went in to clean the unit and they cannot let us move in until it is cleaned which they told us would be the afternoon/evening of April 13th. (Again, they originally said it would be move-in ready on April 8th). And mind you, we have all of our stuff packed up and ready to go. We, as well as our family, took the 11th-13th off of work to move in. We explained this to them and they told us there is nothing they can do. Now they just deleted the lease we previously signed and sent over a new one with a new date. I am beyond frustrated. Terrible experience and management.
