As with most homes in the Tetons, this property does not have central air conditioning. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks; an additional charge will be applied if butts are found on the property. No events or parties are allowed. A minimum $500 fine will apply for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
