Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. A maximum of two pets are allowed with an additional fee, and they are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Owners must pick up after their pets outside, and bagged waste should be placed in provided trash cans. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended unless kenneled/crated, and noise complaints may result in termination of your stay. Fines will apply for violations including leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
