The living room features a convertible sectional for additional sleeping and lounging, a 55" smart TV, and a sound bar. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV pre-loaded with free streaming apps. The game room, located in the heated garage, has new epoxy floors and a countertop area with barstools. Games include basketball, foosball, darts, and ping pong. The downstairs den room has a new 55" smart TV, Xbox 360 including games, Kinect, and an Atari, as well as board and card games. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a desk area and a sofa that folds into a bed. A high chair is provided and is located in the downstairs entry closet.
