A maximum of four licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. No fireworks on the premises. All main entry doors must be kept locked when not occupied. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, an additional fee may apply. Owners must pick up outside after their pet, and bagged waste should be placed in provided trash cans. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled/crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in termination of the stay. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
