It’s an ok place to live. 2/3 people in that office are actually here to help, while 1 will make sure you almost get evicted. Theres only about 10 guest parking spots in the whole complex and it’s $240 to get your car out when it IS towed.

Greystar doesn't care about fixing anything in this complex. All they want is our money. Allied and Roto-Rooter have informed this complex that they need to replace the piping in this building, but they REFUSE to do so, which is why my apartment floods every other month, sometimes two or three times in one weekend. I have been here for 4 years, and this is the WORST place I have ever lived in. I have never lived in such conditions. I have NEVER submitted so many work orders in my life that don't... get addressed, but in the system, they show as completed. I have requested to be moved to another unit with the management team multiple times, and I still have not been moved. As long as you pay your rent, nothing gets fixed.
SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE IN FOX POINTE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t have a bad experience at all. It went pretty smooth. I was told when the waiting list will open and when it did I could just come right in and sign up for it. I came in and did just that. My questions were answered and I was called back twice. I work and isn’t usually on my phone but they were able to accommodate me which was awesome. It didn’t take long after the approval to the move in. If I have any concerns whatsoever, no matter how many… They’re taken care of.
