You can be the cleanest person ever and still deal with roaches, mice and ants. Most of the apartments arent made nicely and stuff will consistently break. Theres mold and nothing is caulked properly which leads to moisture.
The management never gave any hard time and maintenance is nice once you get to know them. They just arent good with maintaining a property.

These apartments seriously look like motels. The price is too high for the actual apartment itself. I kept my apartment clean and I still experienced mice and roaches. When informing the office about this issue they told me that it is not their responsibility. I was informed that pest control comes every 2 weeks but I have seen them pest control times in my one year of being here.

Location is everything close to trains and expressway , everything is brand new and there is a lot of space , bigger than what I expected !
