Mallard Point Apartments

Comfortable & quiet. I like the area. Been living here 3 years and haven't had any major issues, smaller issues have been addressed quickly.

Lived there for 4 years. Always had something wrong. Had to call multiple times to get my windows fixed because evertime it rained, it would rain inside my house. I had nails stick out in the carpet which asked to get fixed, never happened. they said they would put installation in the fire place because my appartment would be freezing cold, a toddler could have done a better job. I still had to put plastic over it. My appartment ended up flooding one winter the same week my furnace went out and... when they had people come and clean the water and fix my furnace, I got ROBBED!!! I had mold on my windows because of so much water damage that they said they fixed and never did. It took them 2 months to get me my deposit back and they took most of it out in damages not explaining for what damages. I had broken window blinds I was willing to pay for and figured they would take out just for the blinds but almost 400 dollars for 4 blinds!!!!
