I found the apartment online and was immediately interested. However, I noticed a review mentioning that someone had scheduled an in-person tour but no one showed up, which made me hesitant to proceed. Fortunately, my experience was completely different. So I had scheduled to look at a studio apartment. 2 hours before the time...I get a message saying they have to cancel. The Person did offer to do virtual tour. Virtual tours are just them texting me videos that are already on the website. Kind of a waste of time. A follow up appointment to look at the studio was scheduled. There was no one in staff to greet me and show me the unit. I called and left several messages. No response.

The listing says there is parking at $175 a month, but when I went to view the unit I was told there was a waiting list or I had to find my own.
