Recommended!
I found the apartment online and was immediately interested. However, I noticed a review mentioning that someone had scheduled an in-person tour but no one showed up, which made me hesitant to proceed. Fortunately, my experience was completely different. Aaron showed up on time for the tour and was incredibly professional. He explained that the issue mentioned in the review occurred before he was hired to address those kinds of concerns.
Aaron answered all my questions thoroughly, and for... anything he didn’t know, he quickly followed up with accurate information. His responsiveness and transparency gave me confidence that he’s someone I can trust.
The building itself was clean, accessible, and matched exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I had a great experience.

Property management is a joke
So I had scheduled to look at a studio apartment. 2 hours before the time...I get a message saying they have to cancel. The Person did offer to do virtual tour. Virtual tours are just them texting me videos that are already on the website. Kind of a waste of time. A follow up appointment to look at the studio was scheduled. There was no one in staff to greet me and show me the unit. I called and left several messages. No response.

Parking
The listing says there is parking at $175 a month, but when I went to view the unit I was told there was a waiting list or I had to find my own.
