Serious maintenance concern at Regents Park Apartments
A mold problem at my friends’ apartment at Regent’s Park (North Tower) has now been ongoing for more than a month, and the mold is present in multiple areas throughout the home.
Management has been made aware of the situation, yet after more than a month, the problem still has not been properly resolved. This is extremely concerning. A resident with a teenage child should not have to continue living in an apartment with mold waiting for management to take meaningful action. Mold is on the walls... and on the carpets in multiple rooms.
This goes beyond a routine maintenance request. The situation needs to be properly investigated to determine the source of the moisture, the extent of the problem, and what remediation is necessary.
My friend deserves more than temporary attention or assurances that the issue will be handled. They deserve a clear plan, timely action, and a properly maintained home.
Regents Park Apartments needs to address this situation promptly and provide a permanent solution—not allow a known mold problem to continue for months.
I am posting this publicly because the public needs to know how serious maintenance and environmental concerns are being handled at this property.
Regents Park please contact your Tenant in the north tower, who you have been in contact with for the last month, and fix her issue!
