Love it so far!! Very easy moving process and the community is what I wanted (transportation nearby, downtown, shopping, movies, and silence, can’t hear neighbors or anything happening im the hall)

Great place to Live

I’ve lived here for 6 years and have enjoyed every minute of it! management is supportive and responsive. Management staff always response to emails regarding concerns or questions.. the office rental staff is cordial kind and warm. Concierge maintenance and mailroom staff are all responsible, responsive, hard-working people..
I recently renewed my lease for another year and a half because I’ve enjoyed living here so much if you’re looking for a place to live a home Roosevelt Collection is a... great place. Neighbors are friendly. Staff is wonderful.!

My experience so far has been a little above average. I had some early plumbing issues but they have since been resolved. Some of the staff have been helpful and friendly, but not all. I would appreciate more of a willingness from onsite staff to actually assist residents with their needs.
