Building Manager issues and structural issues
Building manager recently changed and after that they got rid of the front desk staff. Now the front desk is rarely staffed. They have no system for allowing entry for authorized visitors like cleaners. You have to purchase an additional key and coordinate with the cleaning system on your own. If a package comes at the wrong time, there is no one to let them in the building. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with management and they will only provide the general email address and the... general phone number as a point of contact. No one responds when they say they will and management is totally unreliable. On top of that the building garage has structural issues and a huge chunk of the sidewalk is blocked off with a pile of fences and no posted sign. It has been this way for months. I renewed my lease early before these problems and now I feel stuck. The building really does not function without a front desk staff.

Additionally, we wanted to provide some clarity regarding access: we do grant access to guests when we have authorization directly from the resident.
