Shoddy Building
Looks nice from the outside but inside is another story. These are obsoletely unequivocally the thinist walls I have ever dealt with in apartment buildings. Tenets are obnoxious with their footsteps, music, and pets.
The unit I rented was stated to be new. So new in fact that my AC didn't work and the washer dryer unit kept blowing a fuse. It took maintenance 3 months just to fix my AC and in between my time the mangers gave vauge responses as why the delay. Had to contact the maintenance... contractor helpline to actually get information as to what was happening.
On June 13 I got an email, not a phone call that they needed to evacuate the building because of gas leak. Thankfully I wasn't there at the time but why an email?
I could go on but RBM is run by a bunch of amateur. Once yiu have legitimate issues they pass the buck to someone else. Never again renting from this unprofessional company.
