For the most part, I have no major problems with the community. Everyone that I have encountered have been pleasant, professional and patient (the 3 p's) which is a plus. Communication could be improved but not a major concern.

Maintenance is prompt but sometimes issues are not properly addressed and I have had a lot over the last year. Location is great but for the price, the actual apartment seems cheap.

This place is supposed to be smoke free the rent is too high for the units. Smoking smells in the hallways of the unit. Cars coming and going constantly in the parking lot. The manager will tell you to prove theirs smoking so you can like the bad apple. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED,
