The Atworth

I really enjoyed my apartment. The layout was great and quite spacious. Care is taken to keep the common area clean and well maintained. Brittany and Lori plan events for the tenants that are fun and help to engage the community. They have a dog park! I met wonderful people who were always willing to help out in a pinch. Any maintenance needs I had were addressed promptly. Great place!

My wife and kids lived here for a year and a half and enjoyed our time here. The area is extremely safe, the apartments are nice, and the managers Lori and Brittany are the best. They are adding new stuff to the complex for people with pets and kids which is great. Anytime we had a maintenance request they responded very quickly. Also I read a review about not getting a security deposit back. That wasn't my experience as I received almost my entire deposit back very quickly. When we first moved in they charged me a pet deposit for my dog I have a esl letter I handed them before the lease was signed they illegally charged me 250 for a pet deposit and are lying saying they had to replace the carpet after we moved because of flees( I have pictures and my vet records that say otherwise ) all because I asked for an itemized receipt for what my security deposit was used for

The Atworth has been the perfect place to call home. Since relocating across the country, we have had nothing but a positive experience moving to the Atworth in Morton. The location is perfect being so close to grocery stores, restaurants, and roughly 15 min to downtown Peoria. Another good thing about the Atworth is they are pet friendly and have plenty of space for walking your pet!

I can’t say enough good about this property and its management!! The apartments are modern and beautifully finished. The management is top notch! Lori, Brittany and Kayla are the sweetest and nicest gals who are very helpful and responsive. I moved during a very difficult season in my life and they went above and beyond for me. They care about the tenants here and go to great lengths to make you comfortable and happy! They plan many social events thruout the year at the clubhouse to... encourage those who want to socialize and get to know their neighbors or other tenants on the property.
