Incredible Team

The leasing and maintenance team at Chesterfield Village are the best. The ladies in the office make you feel like you are home the minute you walk in the door. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner and repairs are completed right the first time.

This place is a dump run by prison guards. Given the opportunity I would break the lease immediately

Wonderful

My husband and I were relocating to Illinois from Florida. We were able to do all transactions over the phone and email. Our apartment is lovely. Kitchen has plenty of storage and the complex is very quiet. They even had a laundry basket welcome gift for us when we moved in. Everyone I have met is very friendly. Definitely recommend
