After 2 years living

When we first came to the U.S., we lived here for two years. We initially stayed in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, and later moved to a two-bedroom, two-bathroom one.

Starting with the positives: it’s a very peaceful and centrally located community. The staff are always friendly and eager to help. Whenever we needed maintenance, they came by the next day at the latest and took care of everything. The neighbors are respectful, and there are frequent community events that make it easy to...
socialize — which is a wonderful opportunity, especially during the first years in a new country. It’s also animal-friendly.

As for the downsides: the walls are very thin, and you can even hear your neighbors sneezing. The AC motor is in a room that’s connected to the bedroom, so the noise can be quite loud at night. The ventilation system is quite old, so it doesn’t heat or cool the apartment quickly. In the laundry area, the sliding door makes it impossible to open both the washer and dryer at the same time. The refrigerator is very small, and there’s no built-in lighting in the living room, so you have to buy your own lamps.

Overall, we were satisfied during our two years here, but the issues I mentioned — especially the AC noise — were sometimes challenging. Still, we look back on our time here with fond memories.

Very bad staff!

Good day. Hello, I would like to write a review about the workers of this complex. They are very harmful. And they treated me unfairly. I am unhappy with how they treated me! They are not serious! Very rude!!! I do not recommend, service 0

Literally the worst

So many problems I don’t even know where to start. Deceitful and poor quality. Walls are super thin, floors you can constantly hear the people above you. Sliding doors to laundry don’t make sense so you can’t access both washer and dryer. Literally hated this place.

The tapestry of Naperthrill

New apartment complex with many middle age professionals. It is a nice location and very safe. Great appliances and amenities for the price. It is a great starter apartment for people starting to make a moderate living. Easy going staff who are very flexible and are ready to work with you. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet environment.

Very nice, peacefull community

Very nice, quiet, peaceful area to live. Friendly neighbors. You can relax poolside or by the firepit and feel cozy. Does not feel like you're living in an apartment complex. And is great to have everything within walking distance. I take my family on strolls to the movies all the time after grabbing sushi while on the way! Great LOCATION!
