Willow Oaks Apartments

Central air is really nice during the hot summer, relatively quiet community that has a few nice playgrounds for kids to play at. Apartments are nice and specious. Love that water and garbage is included with rent, rent is easy to pay online woth the app. The only downside is that their is no washer or dryer hook ups in the apartments, There is a on-site laundry mat, just wish there was a coin dispenser for change and it was a little more affordable.

pros: one of few apts around that allows pets, water included in monthly bill, located on bus route (only runs on weekdays, last bus is 6pm)

cons: mail WILL get misdelivered on occasion even if u specify instructions, AC doesnt keep up with heat at all and makes every second floor apt 80-90° and humid in the summer even if it runs all day despite maintenance's multiple assurances that it's in perfect working order, laundry is in a separate building and is coin operated, machines don't dry... anything, again despite maintenance's multiple assurances. veneers on every cabinet have been falling off for absolutely no reason. apt building hall light was broken for a year, there is also no overhead light inside the apt. rent has increased every year on top of the pet rent we're already paying monthly. lived here for 4 years and i can't say i recommend it unless the only alternative is homelessness. Apartments are decently sized and affordable. They could use some updating in terms of appliance but the current appliances are usable. Yearly rent increases.
