Forest Park Apartments

I’ve lived here for over 4 years, and while some aspects of the property are fine, there is a serious and ongoing noise issue that management has failed to address.

One tenant regularly operates a modified vehicle that creates extremely loud engine noise and aggressive acceleration in the parking area, disturbing nearby units. This has been happening consistently for months.

I have documented the issue with video, timestamps, and decibel readings, and have reported it multiple times. The... lease’s Rules and Regulations section clearly prohibits behavior and vehicle use that disturbs other residents. When I raised this directly and asked management to explain how this ongoing situation does not violate those terms, they did not provide an answer and instead avoided addressing the issue. No meaningful action has been taken, and the disturbances continue.

The management deals with tenants very well, the area is clean and quiet, the services are excellent, and the rent is at a good price.

These apartments are clearly older, but they are well cared for and clean. The staff here is absolutely unbeatable!!! They are fun, easy going, but also firm! I cannot say enough good things about them. If there is an issue they solve is right away. The apartments are good, especially for the price. I’d recommend to anyone.

I've lived here 4 years and I don't have any complaints. The office staff to the maintenance men are amazing. The property manager is amazing and always has a smile even when you see him out in the community. They are kind hearted and greet you by name and treat you like more than an apartment number. When I have ever needed something fixed or helped with something Shane has been to my apartment with in 30min and has it done. Even the unfortunate middle of the night maintenence call they are... here with in 30min. They have pest control spray every few months so that we don't have any spiders or unwanted friends in the apartments. Honestly it's been an amazing experience living here. The complex I live in is usually very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. There are lots of dogs being walked around and all are happy to welcome being pet. I’ve just moved in a few weeks ago but already I love Forest Park! The staff is very friendly and quick to respond! I’ve been full of questions as this is my first apartment and they’re always so helpful! My unit is very cozy and perfect for my needs. The area is safe and quiet too!
