Unprofessional

This place could have potential BUT it is poorly managed. Whoever manages the place only cares to manage the financial aspect of the property and doesn’t know how to sympathize with people and handle on site issues professionally. Owners are detached with what is going on within the complex and their online response to any tenant is always ‘we are under new management now’ or ‘let us know if we can help’ yet do not solve issues or offer help to begin with. Very irresponsible and two faced people... with hypocritical answers.

Decent

I have lived here since the beginning of quarantine and am moving out in about 2.5 weeks. Overall, it wasn’t terribly bad. If my boyfriend and I weren’t planning on moving in together and finding our own apartment, I would have renewed my lease. Mostly because I hate moving. The apartment itself is not bad, it is spacious and has pretty nice countertops and cabinets. Though, I would recommend the owners to hire better painters as they paint over EVERYTHING, and a lot of areas had dripped paint,... especially on the floor/carpet. Be cautious of the parking lot next to the leasing office, the potholes there are bigger than your car… but I think they’re filling them now? Not sure. The neighbors are pretty quiet but sometimes there are barking dogs and the past few weeks there have been loud renovations. I understand that they must be done but I work from home almost full time and I answer/take calls so sometimes it is an inconvenience but it is not their fault at all. One of the worst part of living here was the rusted toilets. Upon moving in, both toilets were covered in rust and mold. I never was able to remove the rust from the hard water in the toilet bowl. I hate looking at it. Also, please be cautious of the utility bills. In winter months, you can expect electricity bills to be up to $200+ a month. Make sure to address your packages to the leasing office as sometimes the workers in delivery trucks won’t know to bring your packages to leasing office and will leave them in the mail room, and they will get stolen. I’ve gotten numerous packages stolen from the building’s mailroom. Overall, it isn’t a terrible place, just be cautious of the high utilities bill and make sure to dodge the potholes in the parking lot!
