Amazing Apartment

This apartment complex was awesome and along with the staff, Emily and Jeff, you couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The community was quiet and the complex was well maintained. Service calls were expedient and very professional. I would live there again.

Fantastic service

We had a great experience with Deer Valley. From start to finish, they were transparent, answering all questions with clarity and honesty.
The team was helpful, but especially Emily—she went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to assist made all the difference.
If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about its residents, I highly recommend them.

Very well maintained apartments

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Corey the maintenance staff went above and beyond his duties. Apartment’s were well kept with washer dryer units in each. Very safe and convenient location to shops. Enjoyed living here and will miss everyone. Thanks to all. Great job done
