My home

Deer Valley is my first home living alone and I am grateful for the pleasant experience I had in this community. Buildings were well-maintained, clean and quiet. Parking space is ample and the property felt really safe. It was awesome living here, too bad I had to move out for work.

Amazing Apartment

This apartment complex was awesome and along with the staff, Emily and Jeff, you couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The community was quiet and the complex was well maintained. Service calls were expedient and very professional. I would live there again.

Fantastic service

We had a great experience with Deer Valley. From start to finish, they were transparent, answering all questions with clarity and honesty.
The team was helpful, but especially Emily—she went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to assist made all the difference.
