A great place to live!

Overall a great place to call home. I enjoyed my time as a resident.

Here are some things I think are great:
The people at the current management company (PLS) are very kind and understanding. They seem to want the best for their residents. | Apartments themselves are spacious and have nice appliances. | Area surrounding the apartments is well kept. | Easy access to groceries and stores with Peoria area being a 15 minute drive away.

Where I think they could use some... improvement:
Maintenance could use better communication. Having some sort of portal or online access to see my requests & status. Having this and ability to add notes to them would help reduce friction here a lot!
