Pretty good maintenance service Even though it took three tries to fix my drier, which as far as I can tell SEEMS to be working now (just tried it with one small load but at least got that dry), they did send maintenance staff very quickly after being asked each time and the staff seemed to be making good-faith efforts to fix it. Last time they sent three guys w/ shop vac & other tools and got a bunch of lint out of the back of the drier. That SEEMS to be working, so far. Also SEEM to have fixed... scalding water in showers although I'm very careful now not to burn myself like I did my first night here.

Steeplechase is a great place to live.
Office staff is Wonderful.
Dustin is doing a great job as our new property manager.
He's so friendly and truly cares about .
