The hot tub never works, they said they won't fix it because they're over budget

Bridgewater Apartments really sets a standard for apartment living. Without a doubt the nicest I have seen in the area! The customer service is beyond expectations. The staff really cares about your issues and concerns. The maintenance is very excellent at what they do and go beyond the call of duty. Overall I wish I could give them more than a 5 star review. They've earned it!

This apartment complex isn't even two years old! You might be only the first or second person to live in your apartment. These are beautiful apartments with top-of-the-line appliances and amenities. The staff members are some of the nicest around and are always very helpful. There are many events and parties for residents to participate in each month, even with opportunities to win prizes! Maintenance always responds quickly to any issues and the complex is always presentable. At 146th and Gray,... this complex is central to a lot of shopping and entertainment less than a mile away in every direction with quick access to US 31, Keystone Parkway, SR 32, and 146th Street. This is a wonderful place to live. The apartment floorplans are really spacious and come stocked with modern appliances. Each building is spread out and doesn't feel cramped or over crowded (plenty of parking too). The staff is always friendly and treats you like family. Maintenance is friendly and courteous, when they have to come for a repair, it is actually fun to chat with them too! It has been a wonderful community to live in.

You will regret moving here, almost immediately.

4 out of the past 7 days I have been woken up by the sound of shattering glass, metal scraping against metal and the thundering of a dumpster being slammed into the back of a trash truck. This happens around 5am - REGULARLY.

Yes - IT IS reasonable to expect to be able to sleep soundly in your own bed at 5am - it's just not possible. Instead, your husband will be peeling you off the ceiling.

FOR MONTHS - I have begged and pleaded with the... apartment staff to have the trash company change their route. Surely Ray's could collect from commercial properties at 5am and collect from our homes at 7 or 8... Right? Sounds reasonable.

Nothing has changed. I've even called The Justus Companies corporate office requesting help - nothing has changed.

The only way to improve my family's quality of life is to MOVE OUT OF The Bridgewater Apartments. I feel sorry for whoever moves into this place. Read More
