Poorly maintained and I’ve had a horrible experience. They let you go months without ac. I would not recommend to my worst enemy but this property has potential if they hired the right people to manage the property.

When I first moved in I was happy to be apart of this community. But this past year has been unpleasant. I watched someone urinate by the dumpster and there is garbage all over the place. People with dogs don’t clean up after their pet. You walk on the grass and it’s like walking through a field of land mines. You have to watch your step. People smoke and throw their cigarette butts in the grass and the hallway smells like straight garbage.

Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Very rude management. My husband and I have had a broken window for about 3 months now. Says they “fixed it”, but obviously they haven’t. They come to your apartment without giving you a notice. Was excited to move in, but even more excited to move out!

Horrible maintenance . Took 3 weeks and still couldn’t fix my AC during hot summer months. You have to call them everyday to remind them of your issue. Someone stole my bike from the front of my apartment. Last year someone stole my license plate from my car. The maintenance sucks. New property manager has no idea what she’s doing

I had a ok experience at williamsburg for half a year and even became friends with the property manager (or I thought!) I recommended this place to a friend who moved in right after me and the property manager said he will mail the referral fee check to my new address but I never received it. I called and texted him multiple times and NO REPLY at all! This is not an honest management!
