Worth It!!



I moved here in 2022 and in 2023 I transfer to a one bedroom and it was nothing but a great experience living at Cypress Point Apartments. From the all female office staff Mariam, Kat, Chelsea and Andrea to the maintenance guys to the groundsmen, they all showed up and always took care of everything I’ve always needed repaired or just simply answering my questions. Moved to be closer to work but i would have stayed longer just because of the women in that office. Mariam and her crew keeps... everything running smooth fair and equal. I would recommend living here. No regrets nothing bad to say. I appreciate everything they did and will continue to do for their future residents.

Nice and Quite Community

Very nice and quite community. New management is great. Mariam and Chelsea in the office are phenomenal. They care about the community and help us feel welcome! Grounds are always beautiful and clean.

Have enjoyed living here!

I have been living at Cypress for about 6 months now. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The two maintenance guys are always quick to handle any concerns and the property is well kept. I live in a remodeled unit and it is very nice and the upgrades are definitely worth the price. I have enjoyed being here.

We are happy here

My husband and I have lived at this apartment complex going on two years. We began in a one bedroom unit, and then upgraded to a two bedroom unit. We are happy with our unit, and have always had excellent maintenance service when we needed it. The rent is affordable, plus we love having the pool area and free work out room. Also, the office staff are friendly and very helpful. The apartment manager Erica is very professional, and always willing to assist her residents. I would definitely... recommend this apartment complex to those looking for affordable apartment living in Crown Point.
