Western Hills and West Colonial are in the same neighborhood just off Harmony Way. Western Hills offers 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath Apartments. All units have a stove, refrigerator, walk-in closet and air conditioning.
Included in your rent is trash. Western Hills residents all get High Speed dedicated internet connections in each unit for $36 per month.
We offer 12-month leases starting at $620.00 per month. There is a $50.00 application fee, and a $100.00 security deposit on all units (assuming a good credit and rental background check)
You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense.
We allow de-clawed and neutered cats, for an additional $200 non-refundable deposit and an additional $30.00 per month per cat. Western Hills also has a tenant garden for our tenants to share. West Colonial offers 1 Bedroom, 1-Bath Apartments and 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Apartments. One Bedrooms start at $610.00 and 2 Bedrooms start at $775.00. All units have a stove, refrigerator, walk-in closet and air conditioning. West Colonial does not allow any pets.

Western Hills also offers FURNISHED SHORT TERM UNITS as well that includes all utilities, furniture, bedding, etc!
