Keeping Things Cool with Outstanding Service Bella Vista Maintenance was, and is always, fantastic! They responded to my work order quickly and handled the issue with my AC unit in a timely and professional manner. The maintenance team was friendly, efficient, and got everything working properly again. Thank goodness, because it got toasty this week! I really appreciate the fast service and great communication throughout the process. Thank you for making the repair experience so easy!

I moved from a very nice apartment in Carmel to the slums in Fishers, AKA Bella Vista. This place is so poorly managed and the apartments are so poorly built! They call themselves 'luxury" apartments and slap with you a pricy rent, but this place is far from luxury! The wall are incredibly paper thin and my boyfriend and I hear our loud upstairs neighbor all day long. We've complained but nothing has been resolved yet. Everything looks nice at glance, but once you actually move in you realize... how mediocre everything actually is. Appliances, flooring, lack of storage, AND the washer and dryer are extra in your luxury apartment ;) The gilling area is unusable. The knobs fall off the grills so if you want to use them you need to use a screwdriver to turn the grill on, that is if the grill is even cleaned. Which it usually isn't. The common areas are pretty dirty until you complain then the carpets gets cleaned. The people that live here don't seem to care to take pride in this place, you'll find trash in the hallways, in the parking lot, and surrounding the trash compactor. The worst experience ever. Sold our house and needed a 6 month lease. Picked the apartment online, put money down to hold it after viewing the model with Italo, then found out 1 week before we were to move in that apartment was not available. We were told by Taylor and Italo the tenants never moved out, we could clearly see it was vacant. We were offered another apartment, 3rd floor, but with mobility issues that would not work. Spoke with Carissa the regional manager who was not helpful and... didn’t even care when I said I wanted my money back. We took our business elsewhere and you should too. Read More
