Amazing staff Jen and Aniya have been amazing in helping us secure our new apartment or shall I say “home”. We are looking forward to moving in and begin to enjoy the amenities they have to offer. Move-in inspection with Jen has been extremely thorough and with 3 sets of eyes, we were able to note what needs to be repaired or taken care of prior to moving in. All work orders have been submitted and I truly like how they keep you updated when maintenance is working on the orders, what has... been completed or what is causing a delay. Never had this feature before and it really cuts out the guessing game. Thank you!!??

New to Fishers I really like living here. It is peaceful. The staff is helpful and residents are friendly. The surrounding common areas are clean and the grass is well maintained. I feel safe and happy here. I enjoyed visiting the pool on hot summer afternoons and having access to a 24-hour gym. My apartment has a cozy layout and I have everything I need to feel at home (including dishwasher and in-unit laundry). Any maintenance is handled through an app and is done quickly by friendly staff.
I... am leasing while looking for my forever home here, in Fishers. When I move, I will remember this place fondly. Thank you, Flats at Fishers Marketplace!

Value commensurate with price While I feel the current rental value is generally commensurate with the price, the overall quality of life here has noticeably declined compared to when we first moved in several years ago. The property and its amenities are beginning to show their age, and recent improvements—such as the pine decking installation—no longer match the "luxury status" standard that is actively marketed. Additionally, waste management has become a persistent issue. The dumpster area... is frequently overflowing and cluttered with large trash items left strewn about, which severely impacts both the cleanliness and visual appearance of the community.
When looking at competing complexes in the area, it is clear that paying only a fraction more would yield a significantly higher quality of life with higher quality facilities. I value this community and hope to see management take this feedback into consideration so that the property remains competitive and desirable for long-term residents.
