Golfview Apartments

Have lived here for nearly two years, moving to a bigger apartment because I don't want to leave! Great price for a great apartment with lots of space, right across from the park, and a great management and maintenance team that cares and is on top of things. The pool is nice and they're always doing things to take care of and improve the property!

Overall not a bad place to live. Quiet location, within 10-20 minutes travel distance from stores and restaurants. Front office is welcoming and generally answer questions right away as well as getting maintenance request taken care of immediately.

2bedroom 1.5 bath very decently priced. Anywhere else you are going to easily pay $300 more. Electric also runs cheap if you aren’t running your heat and AC all the time it’s easy to keep it around $100 unless you leave it going all the time. Very... affordable for 1 person. If you share the rent you can easily afford this place.


Laundry room could be kept up on a lot better, dryer vents cleaned out and cleaned behind as well. The humidity and lack of cleaning in the laundry room will create mold. Also, do not expect the pool to be open on time. It’s 3 weeks past Memorial Day and it’s still waiting to be opened. Neighbors are okay for the most part. Besides when they leave their laundry in the washer or dryer all day or a few days. Regular pest controls visits which is a plus. Be careful parking next to people as they have a lack of regard for others vehicles and may end up with dings and dents in your doors. Read More

The office staff goes and beyond. Property manager will answer any concerns or questions quickly even after the office is closed! Monthly resident and kid friendly events. Highly recommended.

Very Professional Team! Office Staff, Maintenance and Housekeeping are always there when needed. Very Helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Golfview Apartments to anyone.

maintenance staff either don't know how a dishwasher works or the head of maintenance lied to me. Changing heat from basement to ceiling units and every time it goes on you are bathed in cold air. They painted over laminate without prepping it so the paint flecks off. The doors were similarly unprepared, so lots of spots on all the doors. Office staff aware of problems yet persist in taping monthly news letters to everyone's door causing more paint chips gone. Don't move here.
