maintenance staff either don't know how a dishwasher works or the head of maintenance lied to me. Changing heat from basement to ceiling units and every time it goes on you are bathed in cold air. They painted over laminate without prepping it so the paint flecks off. The doors were similarly unprepared, so lots of spots on all the doors. Office staff aware of problems yet persist in taping monthly news letters to everyone's door causing more paint chips gone. Don't move here.

Our electric bill was $300-$400 every month during the winter. It has been 5 months of calling the office and trying to get a result for the now thousands of dollars that has added up over faulty/outdated equipment. Even while using the heat, the apartment stayed cold and the air barely blew through the vents. When I initially called 5 months ago to find out why I had a $400 bill I mentioned this as well. I’ve provided all the necessary information (including power bills from a neighbor’s... apartment with the same floor plan whose bills were in the $70-$150 range this winter) to get some type of reimbursement considering its been this long and we’re throwing money down the drain. At this point our power is subject to disconnect when it all could’ve been avoided by fixing the unit 5 months ago when I initially called to complain. I will probably just try to take it to small claims court because it’s been a nightmare waiting and blowing through all of our savings.
