Would give Graystone Apartments on Stellhorn and Kelli the owner 10 stars if we could.

Our son was a PFW student had a bad experience at another local apartment complex his first year. We looked all over town and our last stop was Graystone. We knew immediately it was the perfect place for him.

Graystone is clean, well maintained, the right price and conveniently located. But the huge difference was Kelli. All the paperwork and processes were... in order. No hassles. She consistently went above and beyond communicating with residents and taking care of any questions or maintenance needs.

You can really tell Kelli not only cares about her business and property but the residents.

Sadly, our son moved out of the area after graduation and is dealing with corporate landlords that don't care like Kelli. If you are a student or parents of a student DEFINITELY check our Graystone. We couldn't recommend it more!
