Great Place for Downsizing Senior Citizens We decided to downsize and relieve ourselves of the responsibilities of home ownership and looked at a wide range of possibilities. We chose apartment living and then investigated our options. Redwood was the best and after living there for 4 years it proved us right. Great amenities; instant response to questions or concerns; just plain nice people managing and maintaining as well as wonderful neighbors. Great leasing experience I sold a home and chose Redwood for my new home because of its neighborhood feel, garages, and modern apartments. It felt more like a condo community than an apartment complex. Maintenance and office staff were very responsive and very attentive to the property. If there was any downside, I would say the HVAC blower was incredibly loud, making it difficult to watch television or be on the phone in the living room when it was running.

The Best! Lived here for 2 years and it was the best rental experience ever! Ultra clean, maintenance is on top of everything and the best manager (kristina) you will ever know. Very caring and compassionate corporate structure too!. You cant go wrong leasing and living here.

Amazing Everything was absolutely beautiful, the only thing I wish is they had 3 bd rooms.
