Water leaks Took numerous times for them to find leakage and once they did was only a shotie job and they didn't clean up their mess and left stains on our carpet

Water overflow in the bedroom closet and potion of the bedroom floor. Overflow due to clog in the heat/cooling system. Closet floor soaked. Water seeped out into the bedroom. The maintenance staff were excellent and immediately contacted support company to come in and soak up the water. Dehumidifiers and drain tubes were placed to absorb water and dry the carpet. The young man who handles this building returned to insure work had been completed satisfactorily.

Terrible service. I've had a hole in the ceiling for eight days and they still can't fix it. They're cutting off my electricity day and night for so long, but if I'm even one day late paying my rent, they fine me. I've been to the office three times to get my file cleared. I've been here almost three years and they completely ignore the residents' needs. I think this will be my last year in this place.
