Overpriced Garbage

Cheaply built overpriced townhomes slapped with a "luxury" label on it. These are crammed in the smallest spot possible, all for a quick cash grab. Instead of building a nice area for people to live with sidewalks, trees, and plenty of parking. This developer just tried to see how many town homes he could cram into the smallest spot possible on one of the busiest roads in fort Wayne. Do not live here.

A great place to live!


These townhomes are a great place to live! The location has everything you would ever need. For example, there are great schools, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and Dr's/Hospitals very close by. The townhomes are extremely modern, have spacious rooms, and are very comfortable. To make things even better, the leasing staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend these townhomes to anyone that is looking for a great place to live at an affordable price.
