Overall happy living here. Small inconveniences and noises that carry from the shared balcony and interior stairwell poorly insulated allowing noise to carry upstairs unit.

The rent may be a bit high for my liking, but rent is high everywhere. Maintenance is quick to solve an issue, I have only seen one police car solving an issue here once in nearly two years.
