The maximum property capacity is 8, and no unregistered guests are allowed. Pets are not allowed on any furniture (additional cleaning fees can be added), all pet waste must be picked up and disposed of ($200 Pet Waste Disposal Fee), and pets must be put in a cage/kennel when left alone. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance, side porch, driveway, and backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
