A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds) are permitted. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
