Tampering with cameras or sensors will result in additional fees. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. No parties are allowed, and there is a $2000 party fee. No smoking is allowed, and there is a $1000 smoking fee. The maximum property capacity is 4, and no unregistered guests are allowed. Pets must not be on any furniture, and all pet waste must be picked up and disposed of, with a $200 pet waste disposal fee. Pets must be put in a cage or kennel when left alone.
