Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with any smell noticed by cleaners or physical evidence of smoking resulting in a fine of $300.00 to cover deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with any evidence resulting in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. An unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition and should not use them to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Please leave all sheets on the bed and do not start any laundry. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding occupancy, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
