The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed with an en suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms offer comfortable queen-size beds. All bedrooms include memory foam mattresses with quality pillows and blackout curtains.
Driveway parking and garage parking are available. A parking garage is available at an additional fee.

The neighborhood is a nice and quiet community, accessible via the main road through Emerson, where development may occasionally cause slight delays.
Any undeclared guests will incur an additional fee of $40 per day. Exceeding the house capacity of 15 persons at any time can lead to the removal of all guests without a refund. Guests are responsible for taking the trash bin to the curb for Wednesday morning pick-up. A smoking fee of $250, and a late check-out fee of $50 will be applied for any house rule violation. Please ensure not to park in front of the mailbox during the day to ensure mail can be delivered.
