Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
