Would not recommend.

Property is not well maintained. Entire floorboard and entire ceiling needed caulking, which caused endless insect issue in every room, so be prepared for bugs. Heard this from just about every other tenant. Several outlets do not work. Heard of tenants dealing with flooding. Heard of black mold in basement. Heard that complex is actually known for black mold. It costs $10 to do a singular load of laundry- in quarters. Trash bin outside in the parking lot is usually overflowing. There is no... security or cameras on site. Cost is quite outrageous for the living conditions and poorly kept property. Clearly there is no intention to put funds into maintenance and keeping the place nice, clean, up-to-date. Pictures of property do not tell the story of what you should expect to deal with upon moving in.
