resident since 2020 i like the price for what you get, people at the office really nice ingrid make a great job always

The property was very clean and peaceful. Great price for what you get as well!

This apartment are good for calm people and nice people if you are not this you will not like it the people in the offices are nice and try to help us all the time with maintenance guys or anything I like it just for that

Very poor management,maintenance does not come out and repair issues,has mold .The harassment is real,the file eviction for no reason whatsoever.Ask for a 200.00 dollar fee that is not listed in your lease agreement.When asked about the fee they can’t explain the fee please don’t rent from this place

One star is to much wish it was a way to give a half of star

Covington square sucks. Bad management. it looks beautiful from outside but once you get in horrible management who harass customers having made payment for rent. when we moved in expecting to see a clean house we met a painted bathtub to cover the dirt of previous owner. my Ac was not fixed for almost a year after several calls and complaint they kept promising till i was forced to get personal heater so as not to freeze to death. their maintenance team is just horrible, i don't blame them... since they report to management. i have patched holes all over the house that is now open allowing rats and insect to come. i cant wait to end my lease so i can move to better apartment.
