Estates of Creekside Apartments

I have lived at this apartment complex for 12 years. Stayed because it's a great community to live at-Quiet, neighbors for the most part know each other and look out for each other. Have never had an issue with any property damage nor I might add, I personally have not had an issue with mice or insects. Prior to becoming Estates of Creekside I truly liked the management staff - Steve was the greatest. Maintenance was always taken care of. Since we have become Estates of Creekside I am... continually adding to my positive list for my reasons that Estates of Creekside will continue to be my home. Such as...Trash is being picked up...Maintenance is jolly on the spot...Security police...The hallways of the apartments use to be dark with little light-Have added lightbulbs...The snow removal was great! Were out plowing the roads at 5AM. Just walked thru the model and honestly-Can't wait to live in something so beautiful!! (My apartment has not been completed yet) They are currently cleaning the ground of dead trees and working on repairing the buildings as I type this. I am so totally impressed with Sam...Can't say enough about how she is always so pleasant and professional. No longer have to knock to go in just open the door and you're greeted by Zak with a welcoming smile on his face. Honestly, I truly feel the best is yet to come. Can't wait to look back next January after they have been the owners for a year to see the amazing improvements that have taken place. If reading these reviews-Please note when they were posted.
