The Life at White Pines

I am a current resident at the life at white pines. I moved in the beginning of march. Everything was going great, I loved the neighborhood & my townhome. But since I have come across some issues with my guests cars being towed. I was never informed about policy on guest parking. They never mentioned that ALL your guest have to have a guest parking permit AND park in guest parking. There are guest parking spots but people will still get towed. Meaning if you have a friend come over and stay one... night they will get towed and have to pay $150 plus. The office says you have to bring in the registration & drivers license to get a permit for each guest. Which obviously can only be during office hours. Also they explain you can only get so many permits. So if you have a boyfriend that comes over 1-2 times a week you might as well pay $50 extra A MONTH for another parking permit. The rules on guest parking are unfair to residents & are unreasonable. I have never lived at an apartment that didn’t have parking for GUESTS only. Read More

I dont not have bad word to say. My apartment is comfy and the community improves everyday. The office and maintenance staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Todo me gusta. Es cómodo en precio. Atienden mis necesidades. Mis vecinos son buenos etc.

The apartment its self is nice looking and spacious but the employee at the office who is the first point of contact is very rude and not always on sit. Anytime u need an issue resolve the office is always close and it takes along time to get hold of her to even get an issue fix. For this reason i will not recommend.

This place is horrible!! Outside is dirty our door in the bedroom is broken and the bathroom door they haven’t came to fix. When it gets hot you don’t feel the AC . And the apartment manger is RUDE she say we are bad residents cause we pay on the 2nd day instead of the 1st. Now she saying we have to leave in August in two months I don’t recommend this at all. Apartment is big and spacious but it’s not a place I wanna be in forever
